The problem
Schools run on spreadsheets, paper registers and disconnected tools. Administration, academics, communication and finance live in silos, so simple questions β βis this student's fee paid?β or βwho hasn't seen the circular?β β take hours to answer.
What we built
A centralized platform that connects every stakeholder through academic, operational, communication and financial workflows. Each user role gets a purpose-built view of exactly what they need β nothing more, nothing less.

Security & RBAC
Role-based access control is enforced at the API layer for every module. Teachers see their classes, parents see only their children, administrators get full oversight β with all actions attributable and audited.
Dashboards & analytics
Role-specific dashboards surface attendance trends, academic performance, fee collection status and operational metrics β turning day-to-day school data into decisions.
Communication
Circulars, announcements, fee reminders and direct messaging flow through one channel that reaches parents where they are β no more lost paper notes.
How it runs
Containerized services deployed to cloud infrastructure with automated CI/CD pipelines, managed databases and production monitoring β provisioned entirely as code by our DevOps team.
